Manitoba Start, a place to get connected to “settlement orientation.”
Welcome Place can provide practical guidance to recently arrived immigrants and their sponsoring groups.

Multicultural Wellness Program at Mount Carmel Clinic offers community based, culturally appropriate services that promote mental, emotional and physical health for immigrants and refugees.
Rainbow Resource Centre offers services that promote mental, emotional and physical health for the LGBT community in Winnipeg.
Aurora Family Therapy Centre also offers mental health counseilling for immigrant and refugees to Winnipeg.
Various community agencies provide counseling and other services for immigrants, particularly those with a refugee background. Contact us for other agencies that can help along with this process.
