European Court Of Justice Ditches Erection Tests On Gay Asylum Seekers

European UnionDecember 5, 2014 – International Business Times – The European Court of Justice disallowed the use of Phallometric tests on gay asylum seekers. The court made the decision after three homosexual men from and Africa and a Muslim applied for asylum in Europe because gays are penalised in their countries.

The three proposed using the test to show proof of their different gender orientation. But they all failed, meaning they didn’t rise to the occasion after they were made to watch gay porn and their erections measured.

To their relief, the court declared that the test does not respect human dignity and should not be used again.

The court approved that questions be asked about the applicants’ sexual orientation, but it should exclude their sexual practices…
